Every year since 2008 I have attended Junior Woman's Club of Columbia's annual Baubles and Bubbles fundraiser for Palmetto Place Children's Shelter. This tradition is one I always look forward to. This year my friend Jennifer and I went and although it wasn't exactly easy to maneuver on my scooter I managed. And, only had one accident. I caught a table cloth on my wheel and pulled a candle off on my leg! Luckily, I didn't get burned but my pants didn't fare so well!
