These week we lost and Heaven gained a sweet, precious woman. My grandmother, Darlee Jennings Walker, passed away so peacefully and with a smile on her face on Tuesday, March 25, 2014. The end of the week was filled with family and her funeral. She will be greatly missed as she was the best grandmother anyone could ever want. I spent almost every afternoon and most weekends with her and my grandfather when I was growing up. They were my heart and perfect examples of a loving marriage. My grandfather passed away almost 14 years ago and I am so happy that the two of them are now reunited.
I will certainly miss my Mama Walker and look forward to a big hug from her and Papa Walker one day!
