UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS POST:
Apparently the driver of the car is not one of the world's sharpest criminal minds. From what we hear he has been arrested and has quite a record.
Well, he jumped the wall behind the house and found someone to take him home. From there he didn't change clothes and proceeded to call police to report his car (the one he fled from) stolen. In other words, he unknowingly turned himself in!!
