Happy New Year!!! A few days after Christmas we headed to the beach for our (started last year) tradition of ringing in the new year from there. Once again we joined Glenn's dad and Belinda, Marsha and Larry, and Stoney and Mary at the Grand Dunes Club for their NYE Gala. It did not disappoint this year and we had a blast! The band was terrific and our special midnight entertainment was a PRINCE impersonator....it was great.
Our New Year's Day was spent at the condo watching the Gamecocks win the Outback Bowl. We will surely always remember this one because of Clowney's big hit on the Michigan player. Belinda joined us for a traditional NYD meal....pork chops, collards and hoppin' john.
It was a fantastic ending to 2012 and start to 2013!
