The 2nd anniversary's traditional gift is "cotton". So, Glenn ordered me four handmade out of cotton bracelets from Ghana!! And, I gave him a cotton Texans tee shirt and introductory flight lesson (post to come!)
On the day of our anniversary we each chose one "dessert" we wanted. I picked Cupcake and Glenn chose Fro-Yo. They were definitely yummy!
Instead of a big dinner we opted for two events. I bought us tickets to the Carolina-Clemson tailgate fundraiser since the big game was on our actual anniversary. A group of friends met us at our house and there to help celebrate. Glenn bought us two tickets to "paint our own pups" which we will be doing in January!
It was definitely a wonderful anniversary!
