France Day 5- Caen Memorial, Arromance/Gold Beach, American Cemetary/Omaha Beach, Pointe du Hoc

Monday was a very emotional day as we visited the D-day sites.  We missed the 70th anniversary by about two weeks so it was an exciting time to visit.  I won't say much, except it gave me a whole new appreciation for what those young men (and some women as I learned from the American Cemetery Visitor Center) went through.
